The Attached Orders will only be submitted to the external trading service, or to the Sierra Chart Trade Simulation system if Trade Simulation Mode is enabled, when there is a notification of a fill of the parent order. This would be considered a real time notification. The Attached Orders are not sent when there is some historical indication of a fill like an order status update that is received later on the order after connecting to the Trading service. For example, if an order filled when Sierra Chart is not connected to the Trading service, and there is some historical indication of a fill, then the Attached Orders will not become active on that type of indication. My question is if I place an attached order (parent limit order + take profit + stop loss) then turn Sierra chart and my computer off, will the order still go through? It stated above that it might not if there is a historical inidcation of a fill.
