Let's start with the Session Times. What is the Global Time Zone set to on both instances? You will find this in "Global Settings >> Time Zone". Also, in the chartbook you are using between the systems, for one chart where you have an issue, what is the "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Session Times >> Time Zone" set to?
