When Sierra Chart is started, there is a Trade Activity line added like this: Order 2013-05-07 14:47:54.000 Sierra_Chart Sierra Chart started Unspecified There is not one added when Sierra Chart is stopped. Obviously someone stopped it and started it. There could have been an abnormal shutdown. We have seen instances of that in the Rithmic software that we link with that triggers the shutdown. Although this is uncommon and we tend to think that did not happen but you would have a better clue if it did. This is why we do not want to use API client components .
