We see that you have the NASDAQ TotalView exchange active, so you should be getting the real-time data for this exchange. Just make sure you are entering the symbol with the suffix of '-NQTV' (e.g. QQQ-NQTV). This is necessary in order for our system to know you are wanting data specifically from the NASDAQ TotalView exchange, otherwise it will pull data from our U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape exchange, and since you do not have that exchange active, you are getting the delayed data.
