timo, I have a friend who uses SC, IQFeed Data, and trades through IB. He uses a 15" rMBP running in Boot Camp, the Mac's environment that effectively turns the entire machine into a PC. You don't need Parallels, or anything else, unless you want to run both the virtual PC and the Mac side at the same time. However, you can't trade live in Parallels, it divides the resources between two computers and can leave you short on the PC side. It is a great solution. He also connects the rMBP to his 27" hi res iMac screen. It is all just rock solid and beautiful. Great way to go. Ged
