Hello, I'm using sierra to trade Crude Oil Futures. For some reason tonight I'm getting a message that is telling me "[Volume] Symbol needs Rollover." Only problem here is Crude oil is not ready for rollover. I checked on Trading View and Think or Swim as well as the CME website to DBL check. Not only that but I do not base my rollovers on "Volume" I use "Date Rule Rollover". I have attached a picture of both the message and the Continuous contract setting I use for your reference. I thought perhaps I had an old version of Sierra so I just updated to the newest version this evening and it also didn't help. Please let me know what i can do to fix this issue. Having the Yellow banner across all my screens is a little inconvenient. Thanks and I look forward to your response- Ryan Bailey |
