Thanks for the reply.

However, no luck for me after contacting OEC. The reply I got as below:

Gavin: May I know who in OEC should I contact/inform?

(OEC)Luke: You are speaking with OEC client services and there are no issues with OEC's servers currently.

(OEC)Luke: This account is enabled for Sierra Charts. If you are having problems with their software please contact them.

I suspect the problem is going to be bouncing back and forth.

I hope other users have better luck.
