i still see same issue with sub-instances. when i do a "Edit>> Delete all data and download", i see no response with a blue ribbon saying "downloading historical data. bars may not appear until done" Please see the screenshots attached. The one with the blue ribbon is from main-instance and the one without is from sub-instance. for sub-instance you will see a data gap 21.32 to 22.32 as well. I really need some help here on what are my next steps. looks like Sub-instances are not able to download the historical data at all. |
