It is not unusual to have gaps in the market depth data when you first startup, but it should fill in within a few seconds. We have never seen it take 5 minutes (or more). Please select "File >> Time and Sales" and make sure you have the data flowing as you would expect. Also, when you see the gap - select "File >> Market Depth Data" and see if the gap is also showing in that window.
