In the "Studies to Graph" window there is an item that states "Calc Order". The Study Overlay should be "1" and the Color Bar Based on Alert Condition should be "2". Please verify that this is the case. If it is, then we want you to try setting the option for "Global Settings >> General Settings >> Charts >> Use Controlled Order Chart Updating" to "Yes", as you want to ensure that the source chart gets updated prior to the destination.
