Hello John - Support,

Kindly send instructions/links for canceling Denali, Teton and CME(?) feed which I pay for separately. I do not want to pay for the CME(?) feed again for October.

My thanks for your prompt reply earlier. Was able to test the Account Balance issue by toggling back to the CQG connection and it immediately updated to the correct credit balance. I will not troubleshoot further. Perhaps at some later date I will revisit Denali and Teton, especially if I hear good things from AMP.
