To begin with, there is an issue with the Fonts and OpenGL that we are looking into. But, we are not understanding the images you provided as it relates to the TPO setting for "Letter/Font Size" set to '0'. Attached are two images with different scale ranges. This is what is supposed to occur when that is set to 0, as you increase the Scale Range, the font size of the letters gets bigger. Are you having an issue with this?
