The High and Low Pullback are the sums of the Ask minus Bid at each price level since the last reset of the Pullback information at either the High or Low. Depending on the setting for "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Chart Data >> Historical Pullback Data" is set, the reset will occur either on a new High/Low or when price Touches the most recent High/Low.

Keep mind the data for the pullback is kept separately for the High and Low, so you will only see one of these in the Numbers Bars - whichever one was the most recently reset (High or Low).

Refer to the following:
Chart Settings: Historical Pullback Data (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Chart Data >> Chart Data menu)

The "NonZero Bid&Ask Vol at High/Low Highlight & Extension Lines" subgraph is from the Numbers Bars study, not the Numbers Bars Calculated Values. The data that is in that subgraph (and the "POC Extension Lines Until Future Intersection") are used for internal purposes and do not reflect any information that can be used for anything.

We are not sure what you are viewing in the Numbers Bars Calculated Values study, so we can not comment on this relative to the other items, but hopefully the above gives enough information that you can figure the rest out.
