I just can tell what I did to solve the issue. I still have the buggy installation on my Notebook. When I open the chartbook from this installation the issue persists. I copied the following data from the buggy installation to the fresh one: Root folder: KeyboardShortcuts4.config Accounts4.config Sierra4.config and from the Data folder the following files: *.Cht (Chartbook) *.twconfig *.StdyCollct After preforming these steps the performance is equivalent to my desktop system.
