Exit from Sierra Chart and using your file system window, go to the folder to which you have installed Sierra Chart. Go into the 'Data' folder underneath the main folder. Within that folder find the file named 'ESU23_FUT_CME.scid'. Delete this file from your system. Restart Sierra Chart and open your chartbooks. The data will have to be redownloaded, so it could take a few minutes to do this. Let us know if this fixes the issue.
