Hello,

I am having problems with orders. I am not sure how to specify exactly what is going on but when I place an order, the entry usually goes well but then sometimes the order disappears from SC but is still active on Interactive Brokers. Other times the exit is not recorded by SC.

Yesterday, I had a situation where everything appeared to go well with the Trade Activity Log and with IB but the trade was never closed in the trades section of the trade activity log. I thought that there might be a problem with SC not recognizing a order had been previously closed and counted my entry yesterday as an exit from a previous days trade. I tried to solve this problem by manually deleting the trade files per the instructions thinking this would give me a clean slate of trades. (I saved the trade files I deleted if they are needed)

Today I have an order filled and the DPL is showing $789.38 (trade window attached) but according to SC the order was never closed so I do not know how there could possibly be any profit calculated.

The SC message log (full is attached) shows activity but an incorrect account. I have two accounts, U119*** which I use for testing and U915*** which is my live trading account. The U915*** account is never refrenced in the message log.
