The Sierra Chart Usage Time works on a rolling 31 day cycle. So if you change to Package 11 today, your next renewal will not be for 44 days (31 days for the standard package plus 13 days that you have remaining in your Trial). The renewals after that will be every 31 days assuming you purchase the 1 month option. As noted above, if you change to Package 11 the remaining Trial Time will change over. We just want to point out that the exchanges work on a different schedule than our Usage Time. If you get data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, then the exchanges renew on a Calendar Month basis, and they are not pro-rated. So if you activate an exchange in the middle of the month, you will pay the full monthly amount for the remainder of that month.
