That 7-8 seconds is normal for a new symbol that you have not viewed previously. You are having to get the data from our servers for which there are no rate limiters and this has nothing to do with being on a trial. It is just the amount of data that you are needing to get. And you have done all the right settings to limit the amount of data. The tool that can help you is the "Intraday File Update List". This is a list of symbols for which you want the data downloaded, but you do not have a chart for the symbol.
