Check the setting for "Tools >> Tool Settings >> General >> Enable Drawn Volume Profile Selection". This should be set to "Yes". Refer to the following: Chart Drawing Tools: Enable Drawn Volume Profile Selection (Global Settings >> Tool Settings >> General >> Volume Profiles) Also check the setting above it for how you can select the Drawn Volume Profiles.
