When we look at what we have on our system we see that the Notepad++ executable starts with a lowercase 'n', but your path has it listed as a capital 'N'. Open a "File Explorer" and go to the location specified by the Path in the General Settings (F:\SierraChart\NPP) and see if the notepad++.exe file starts with a capital or lowercase 'n' and then update your Path setting accordingly.
