RE: Follow-up on issue dated: [2014-05-16 11:43:29] What do you do if the File> Connect to Data Feed is not highlighted? I just opened my ESM4 chart today at 12:00 "ish" and my charts once again loaded from my log in time with no previous days bars [bars 00:00 to 11:59 missing in action]. Also, I observed that while the data was attempting to upload a red box with the term "Download Failure" appeared. Below I have posted the "Message Log" which open when I first prompt the system. I believe I have been a client with the same "set-up" since 2008 and this is the first quarter [since rollover of previous contract] that this issue has appeared. Any assistance would be most appreciated. Thanks in advance!
