Today my term expired on data feed. I subscribed to a new, but the data does not work. I applied to sharp account from TWS, does not solve the problem. Can you tell me why?

Your account has no exchanges activated.

We also see you are identified as a Professional according to CME rules. Would that be correct? If so, the exchange fees are much higher and we do not have support for those higher fees at this time.
