You must have updated from an older version as well. As of version 2394 we no longer support data from CQG for the CME Group and EUREX. In order to get this data, you will have to use our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Note that once you start using our data, you can have your broker stop the CQG data, unless you need it for another tool.
