This is currently supported. You can use the Sierra Chart Trade DOM with a touchscreen. It works just fine. We use a touchscreen and those buttons are large enough. You can also increase the DPI setting on your computer to enlarge the buttons. When using a touchscreen make sure Global Settings >> Chart Trade Settings >>Use Click, Release, Click Method to Adjust Orders is disabled.
