When you roll over a chart, you should get a window that lets you select the new contract. On that window is an option for "Also Rollover Chart Drawing Symbols". If this is enabled, then the drawings will get updated with the new symbol. It's most likely that this is enabled for some of your charts, but not others. It's either that, or the option for "Show Chart Drawings for Other Symbols" is set to "Yes".
