The calculation for Momentum is the following: X(n) - X(n-l) or X(n)/X(n-l) The Rate of Change Percentage is the following X(n) - X(n-l) ------------- * v X(n-l) Although v would typically be 1, but still there is a difference in these calculations. The "Rate of Change - Points" does use the same calculation: X(n) - X(n-l) -- All of the math that we use is defined for each study.
