Thank you for the call, changed the setting for 'Use These Symbol Settings In New Instances' in all instances, issue is still occurring in subinstances, now also on the IB install. Note, Download data for all associated watchlist symbols does not fix it, only Delete and Download manually on each symbol, in each subinstance. Also on some symbols it does not seem to occur, yet on others it does, ie 6E was OK, but 6B was missing data. Changes made to IB install were in troubleshooting this problem and the port conflict.
