hi, i have the free trial for now, i was trying to set up my heatmap, i followed every instruction but i was unable to get it right, so i looked in the support board and someone shared an example heatmap chartbook, his looked fine, but when i opened it it looked like the attachment "my heatmap", can u help me solve this issue please? thank you and have a good day |
