The "Get Symbols" button will be greyed out unless you have selected an item in the list that has Options, Spreads, or for which there are symbols to be retrieved (such as the Crypto exchanges). For what you have selected at that time (FOREX - FXCM) the button would not be active, as there are no symbols to get. The FOREX - FXCM symbols are all listed within that section on the Find Symbol page. The FOREX data we supply does not have any Market Depth data, that is why you are only seeing the Best Bid/Ask.
