Hello, I am able to access the trading DOM, however the “Get Symbols” is still gray. I also noticed that both the ‘Buy/Sell’ list power are being reflecting number “1” for the past 30 - 45 minutes. It is not reflecting the rest of the list. I believe I most likely need a trouble shoot or so. Kindly see the attached screen shorts for better understanding. Thanks! |
