There are a couple of ways to open a Trading DOM. Both options are under the "File" menu. So you have the following: - File >> Open Trading DOM for Chart - File >> Open Trading DOM The only one that might be greyed out is "Open Trading DOM for Chart", if you do not have a chartbook open, or you do not have a chart as the active window. To resolve it, select a chart, and then select the option. Selecting "Open Trading DOM" brings up the Find Symbol page, where you select the symbol you want and then select the button for "Open Trading DOM". If these are not working for you, then we need more information as to what exactly is not working.
