A Child-Client means that this Stop was waiting for the main order to fill before it became an active order on the exchange. The question is what happened to the parent order, since this apparently never filled, but it does not sound like it is on the chart. Take a look at your "Trade >> Trade Service Log" to see if there was a rejection for the parent order, which then left the stop abandoned.
