The main issue you have is that you have hardcoded values for the "Highest Quantity for Coloring" and for the "Lowest Quantity for Coloring". These are set to 600 and 250 (respectively), so anytime the values in the region are not within this range, the study will not show anything. You should use a "Percent of Maximum Depth" and then also consider using one of the other options for the "Determine Min and Max Levels From".
