I would like go live and upgrade to service package 11 with Denail Data feed and teton order routing. Does this price include the Live CME Data or do I need to pay it separately? If so how and where? Lastly, I am using Interactive Broker as my broker and wanted to know if I can use the 30 evaluation (service pack 12) for live account? Thanks |
