SC trade window is not showing my correct orders from my broker (IB). Is there a setting that I need to change to see my orders from my broker on the chart.? I am using their routing services. Please Help!1

We need more information. What exactly is incorrect?

Also, where did you enter the orders that you state you are not seeing (in Sierra Chart or directly with IB)?

I Enter them on SC but but they would disappear from my charts. I had to use IB platform to see my orders because the wrong orders were showing on SC. The trade window was not showing my P/L and the p/l for the day is wrong. The trade I made today is not showing on SC. See attached trades, p& l from IB. Is there a log file I can send you?

I have 3 trades but the only chart only shows 2. I can see all my trade on my broker platform so they are being transmitted from the SC. How do I see all my trades on the chart and positions and p/l on the trade window?

The main thing is to open a chart for MES and see if the orders are showing properly in that chart. Since you are using a "Trade and Current Quote Symbol" of MES, you need to ensure that the orders from IB are showing on a chart that is just for MES.

Tony, when you switch to edge clear are you able to see your positions, p/l and DPL on the trade window? Are all the button on the trade window (flatten, cancel etc) work with Edge clear? They didn't work with IB. I flatten a position today but it was still open on the broker side. Please let me know if you're experiencing any issue with SC and EdgeClear. I need to run as fast as I can from IB they are a terrible. The last two days has been a nightmare.

I am switching my broker to Edge Clear from IB. Is this the correct symbol setup for ES and MES using service pack 11 or 12?

Those are the correct settings for the "Price Display Format", "Tick Size", and "Auto-Set from Data Feed" (although this last one is up to you).

But your symbols look like they are Rithmic symbols. Are you using Rithmic with Edge Clear? If you are only trading the CME Group, then you could use our Teton Order Routing with Edge Clear. Refer to the following:

Yes, What is the symbol you use? I will be using Teton Order Routing. Does it comes with your service pact 11 or 12?

When you change your Current Selected Service and you select OK to close the Data/Trade Service Settings page, you will get a prompt to update the symbols for the current setting. You should say 'Yes' to this, unless you are just temporarily changing the setting for some reason.

Therefore, once you get setup with the Teton Order Routing service, when you enter the information you need on the Data/Trade Service Settings page, and you select 'Yes' to the question of updating symbols - the symbols will be changed to what is needed for Teton. In general, the Teton format is [symbol]?##_FUT_CME.

For example, for the June 2023 ES contract, the symbol would be ESM23_FUT_CME.

You will also always find the correct format in the File >> Find Symbol page. So we always recommend using that to open symbols if you are not sure of the format to use.

With regards to the Service Package, you just need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages in order to be able to get the real-time data and to trade using Teton Order Routing. But the choice of which Integrated Package is up to you - it just depends on what you need for your trading. Refer to the information on the Integrated Packages here:

When I put in a limit order on the trade window and hit the "sell" but at the bottom of the trade window my orders are getting filled as market. On the attachment I sent you I put in a limit order at 4300 but it got fill at 4298 Market and I reviewed my other trades and they also getting filled at market. Please advise.

Regarding the issue of not seeing positions when using Interactive Brokers, the issue in your particular case is clear. You were using the wrong symbol. It needs to be exactly:
MES-######-CME-USD

Unless necessary, do not manually specify symbols when using Interactive Brokers and use the symbols only in File >> Find Symbol.

If I wanted to trade the Nasdaq. Do I have to pay an extra fee for Denali feed?
