I am subscribed to Denali, am I not? I am certainly paying for it. I have connected and disconnected dozens of times since this issue began. It makes no difference. The only solution I have found is to shut the program down completely and restart it. I have also followed both procedures which you outlined, multiple times. This has been working for MONTHS. I have changed nothing. Now it has occurred again a few minutes ago. Something is going wrong when the program runs. When I start things up, it all looks good.
