Hi, please how can i get my price moving on the chart plus contracts(Bids/offer) to appear on the Depth of Market. I cancelled my Denali data feed yesterday, went from service package 11 to Service Package 5 Base Advanced. I have all the current symbols set correctly on the charts and have changed the setting to SC Data - All services for me to use delayed data feed but is not working. I have also deleted the chartbook and re-installed but still won't show as attached in the image. Thank you and looking forward to hearing from you. |
