Well, I spoke too soon. I just shut down the entire instance, and this time, the problem still persists. The last time I closed the instance, it appeared normal when I restarted it. I should mention that this chart is in a sub-instance, not the main instance. I just discovered that when I disconnect from the data feed in the main instance, and reconnect, the DOM appears normal again.
