Hi Sierra Support, I've "paired" Sierra with IB so I can trade directly from the chart and don't have to connect to IB once a month to avoid any delayed data. So far, I have used the SC Data. I have also traded EUREX's FDAX with delayed data so far. This no longer seems possible? I now receive the data only very incompletely. What is this related to or what needs to be done to get the FDAX displayed correctly?
