It's now 2019, I'm on build 1864, and see "Open chartbook group" in the file menu.
Four year later there is "Open chartbook group" but not "New chartbook group" yet. In the /Data/ChartbookGroups/ folder, create folders for the different Chartbook groups that you want. And then place the Chartbooks within those folders which you want to open as a group.
I've created eight folders and filled them with the relevant chartbooks. It took a very bit of time... is there an option to disable closing current chartbooks when opening a new chartbook group?
It seems no yet, and it's a real waste of time. Also, we'd need maybe a couple of the chartbooks belonging to a certain group, but at present we've to open all of them and then close the unneeded ones one by one. And what if we need to open in the same session, say, two ETF and one index among all the ETFs and indexes, belonging to different groups? ? |
