Make sure you have gone through the information we have linked to above for replaying the Trade DOM. In particular, the number of days to load. Particularly if you are certain you have the depth data for the time for which you are replaying the chart/Trade DOM. Also check the setting for Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> Max Historical Market Depth Days to Download and ensure this is large enough to cover the time period you are trying to replay.
