We have not heard from Ameritrade, and we do not really have a lot of faith in this problem getting resolved promptly by them. We can provide a solution. You just need to change your Sierra Chart Service package to 3. It is only a little more. When using service package 3 the historical Daily data will come from Sierra Chart and in the next release we will add support for historical Intraday data also from Sierra Chart.
