Hi Support, I paid for 6 months of Service Package 10, which will renew on June 22, 2023. I am considering changing my Broker to another who will be providing me trading software including real time data. Therefore, I will no longer need to subscribe to your Service package including the Denali data feed and the monthly CME fee. Am I entitled to a partial refund of the unused Service Package fee (from March 22 to June 22) ? i understand that if I change my Broker, I will no longer be entitled to nor will I need you to charge me the monthly CME fee of $3.50 or the $1.50 Teton top of the book data feed.
