First of all, you are not setup to get real-time data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You do not have any exchanges active. Therefore, you are getting your data from Rithmic. The only help we can give you is to ensure that you have your Username and Password entered correctly for the Rithmic data entries in the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings.
