Activate the exchange that you need here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed Wait 3 minutes and reconnect to the data feed: File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers After that is done: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
