I am trading from the UK and knowing exactly what time it is in Chicago by looking at the chart is far easier than making a mental note of it in local time. I am trading a Chicago market so I want to know what time it is there, lunch, 1500 close out etc. I used to have mine set up like Tony mentions but when the clocks change the session time are all wrong.
