Not sure if I understand your question correctly, set your Global Time Zone as "London"
I think the main difficulty is that, The schedule of daylight savings in Canary Islands
is different than in North America, it should be fine most time of the year, except for
4 weeks in Mar. and Nov. that really get confusing. (US market would start one hour early
or late than usual)

For product like ES or NQ for example,
if you Use Evening Session:

Intraday Session from: 14:30:00 to 22:00:00
Evening Session: from 23:00:00 to 14:29:59
Otherwise the session time goes:

from 23:00:00 to 22:00:00

Meaning, each session of US futures market goes from 23:00:00 to 22:00:00 next day,
your local time (23 hours of trading time each session), but the most activities happen
from 14:30:00 to 22:00:00, your local time. Except those 4 weeks I mentioned above.

Usually the US futures market is pretty much dead before 13:30:00 your local time.

That is probably the easiest way to handle your situation, instead of worrying what the
time it is now in North America.

Feel free to DM me if you have any questions.
