Dear all, I have a problem downloading the historical data of the ES. I think it is a firewall issue because I've read the corresponding website of sierra chart in this matter but I can't find the problem in the log and I can't find a solution. Does anyone have an idea why it always says "Download Failed The network socket has been closed. Retrying download" I tried Port 80 in the Settings but nothing changed...
