The following line from your Message Log gives us the information we need:
Denali Data Feed | Logon error received from server: Connection limit exceeded. | MaxConnectionsDifferentDevices = 1, NumCurrentConnectionsDifferentDevices = 2 | 2023-02-02 13:10:41.647

This means that you already have a connection to the Denali Exchange Data Feed from another computer and therefore this computer is unable to get the data, as you can only have 1 computer connected at a time, unless you pay an additional exchange fee (which your account is not setup to do at this time). Refer to the following for more information:

Therefore, you either need to disconnect the other system (or exit Sierra Chart on it), or you need to pay for a second exchange fee.
