Hello, Since we followed the steps in your previous response, the user is reporting that they can now download intraday charts but can't download historical ones, looks like the server rejects some of the requests or some data gets pushed back. I've attached screenshots they've provided. Please could you take a look and let me know if there is anything else we can try? Thank you for your help
